Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days
Location: Overland Park, KS
Salary: $32.50 - $60.45 per hour
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
Position Summary Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff as needed. Communicates changes in patients’ clinical condition to physicians, nursing supervisors and co‑workers. Participates in discharge planning processes.
Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Maintain effective communication with the health care team. Coordinate with interdisciplinary staff and families. Participate in discharge planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet strict time frames.
