Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our guests.
Inspire and guide their staff.
Complete daily paperwork to record Burger King's success.
Manage breakfast inventory.
Manage the breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.
Carrols ensures that the Breakfast Coordinator is an important part of customers having it their way. The ultimate responsibility is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers happy and full. The Breakfast Coordinator is the chief of their team, inspiring staff and resolving issues using excellent organizational, communication and developmental skills.
Physical Demands
Counting money accurately.
Reading and writing in English.
Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills.
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press.
