Join Step Ahead ABA as a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Norman, OK. You will provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community.
Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
Collect data and document each session accurately.
Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly.
Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction.
What This Role Requires
Active RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and punctuality, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with children and families in home settings.
Able to stay active and engaged with clients.
Prior ABA experience required.
