Registered Behavior Technician - Marlow, OK (Afternoon Schedule)
Join Step Ahead ABA as a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, community, and school settings. Flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and advancement opportunities are offered.
Base pay range $23.00/hr – $26.00/hr
What You’ll Do
Provide direct ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, or community settings.
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
Collect data and accurately document each session.
Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and team.
Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction.
What This Role Requires
Active RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and punctuality with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with children and families in home settings.
Able to stay active and engaged with clients.
Prior ABA experience required.

Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A dependable, professional work ethic.
Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment This in‑home position requires direct work in clients’ homes. Expectations include respecting the family’s home and space, leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed, and being physically active with clients (sitting, playing, lifting, or running as required).
Policies & Procedures All team members must adhere to Step Ahead ABA’s professional standards and policies. Upon hire, a staff member will review and sign the employee handbook acknowledging these expectations.
