Hours: Monday‑Friday; must work two evenings until 7:00 pm

Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the Rehabilitation Technician will:
Execute patient care plans as directed by PT/OT providers
Set up and adjust exercise equipment appropriately
Assist with modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs
Employ educational techniques including demonstration and cueing to ensure patient understanding of exercises
Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity
Discuss patient performance with PT/OT provider
Clinic flow management
Monitor patient arrivals to the department
Start patients on time for scheduled appointments and keep patients apprised of any clinician delays
Maintain cleanliness of clinic, including waiting areas, exam rooms, and equipment
Order supplies to keep clinic stocked, under direction from Manager
Front‑end tasks
Perform check‑in, collect co‑pay/financial responsibility, answer phones, and schedule future appointments
Communicate via chat with PT/OT and Chiropractic referral team regarding patient insurance benefits
Manage clinician scheduling (patient confirmation calls, reschedule patients as needed)
Qualifications
CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
High School Diploma
Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations
Understanding of principles, contraindications, and precautions in the use of therapy modalities
Ability to identify proper patient set‑up on each piece of equipment and adjust as necessary
Knowledge of planes of movement and ability to demonstrate proper exercise positioning
Team‑oriented attitude
Attention to detail and follow‑through
Problem‑solving, lateral thinking, and reasoning skills
Strong communication skills
Compensation The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $15.10‑$22.70 per hour. The actual pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only part of the total rewards package.
