Overview
Work with one recruiter from start to finish on assignments at partner facilities across health systems; local and non‑local positions; competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend; no pay cuts mid‑contract; referral bonus up to $1,000; license reimbursement for new state requirements; assignment choice at partner facilities.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct nursing care and delegate/supervise nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, nursing aides, and techs, in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Qualifications
1 year RN experience required; may vary by client/setting.
Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
ICU, Med‑Surg, and telemetry experience strongly preferred.
Current, valid, active RN license in state of employment required.
Current, valid, active driver’s license required.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Certifications, Licensures, Registrations
Current, valid, active RN license in state of employment.
Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
Additional Information Vibra follows federal and state vaccination, vaccination offerings, and disease screening requirements. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
