This is a full or part-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Richmond, TX. We see all ages and many diagnosis. This is a 1099 position, so you pick your hours and schedule. Speech Therapy Plus was started in 2008 and Occupational Therapy was added in 2018. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing therapy plans, working closely with patients and families, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with all ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and practical knowledge of managing speech improvements
Experience in assessing and addressing Language and Communication Disorders
Ability to evaluate and provide therapy for patients with Dysphagia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and team members
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist as required by Texas state regulations
Previous experience in clinical or educational settings is a plus
Pediatric feeding is a plus
