Registered Nurse
to join our team at the Facility Based Crisis Center in Jacksonville, NC.
Your Role in Our Mission
Provide immediate, high‑quality care, including comprehensive patient screening, assessment, and direct nursing care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
Manage medication and prescriptions, monitor client responses, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to inform treatment plans and coordinate after‑care services.
Offer professional medical guidance and support to Medical Assistants and facility staff.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure meticulous documentation and compliance with accurate medical records and client medication logs.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $32/hr. – $37/hr. based on experience for this full‑time role.

What We’re Looking For
An active, unrestricted nursing license to practice in North Carolina (RN).
A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record.
Prior mental health experience preferred but not required.
