Job Description
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech‑Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in Fresno, CA, this Full‑Time position serves K‑12 students within the school setting for the current school year on a contract basis. This role demands a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid California license and a passion for supporting diverse student needs.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 60‑65 students, including 25‑30 speech‑only clients.
Effectively handle referrals and high caseload demands.
Supervise Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and coordinate with facilitators to provide comprehensive support.
Deliver on‑site therapy and assessments across various grade levels.
Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in California schools.
At least 1 year of experience with the Special Education Information System (SEIS).
Experience in supervising SLPAs and working with facilitators preferred.
Ability to manage high caseloads efficiently under school system demands.
Candidates who have recently completed their Clinical Fellowship year (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to work onsite; remote work is not available.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
