Job Summary
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for front‑of‑house needs. The PASR greets patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment, and provides outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
Experience Description A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Education Description High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special Skills Description Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task. Strong proactive organizational skills are a must. Must have excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
Shift Details Shift: Shift 1 – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. Holidays: No. Weekends: No.
