Security Officer – Unarmed Telecom Patrol
in
Dupont, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media location, deter incidents, and foster a welcoming environment. Your duties include routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service.

Saturday 06:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and potential threats.
Document and report any suspicious activity or security incidents observed during patrols.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management on security matters.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required.
Remain visible and approachable to support personnel and visitors, contributing to a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Allied Universal will subject applicants to a background investigation consistent with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required only for driving positions.
