Location:
Pike County, OH
Salary Range (based on experience, education, and/or licensure):
Unlicensed: $48,596.66 – $58,451.92
Dependently Licensed: $52,609.67 – $63,282.33
Independently Licensed: $66,174.73 – $79,175.95
Essential Functions:
Supervises and coordinates activities of staff through team meetings and regular communication.
Assigns caseloads and related duties to staff.
Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group conferences, case problem analysis, and skills improvement.
Reviews management reports and case records.
Evaluates staff performance and recommends appropriate action to the manager.
Participates in the review and selection of new staff, including requisition creation, applicant reviews, and interviews.
Implements and oversees organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
Trains new employees on organizational policy, procedures, and regulations.
Provides license supervision and oversight of Integrated Care Plans (if applicable).
Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
Directly provides and coordinates clinical and social services that are problem‑focused and build on family and community strengths.
Conducts utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross‑systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or a related field preferred.
LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Familiarity with motivational interviewing and trauma‑informed practices preferred.
Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
High degree of cultural awareness.
Experience with multi‑need individuals and families.
Broad knowledge of community service systems.
Willingness to participate in and lead cross‑systems team‑building activities.
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to operate in an internet‑based, automated office environment.
