Business Growth Development Specialist (Healthcare) – Home Health Pediatrics
Premier Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Business Growth Development Specialist to help drive our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, strategic outreach, and making a meaningful impact within the pediatric healthcare space.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Texas In‑Home team to drive growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with regional referral partners, including physicians, community care providers, hospitals, and managed care organizations.
Conduct consistent and meaningful sales calls targeting new and current customers within assigned markets.
Serve as a role model of the organization’s core values, working with the director to formulate an operational plan for assigned markets.
Collaborate with other leaders within and the organization to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals, performing all duties in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and organizational policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing; healthcare sector experience is preferred.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to travel within the designated territory.
