Business Growth Development Specialist (Healthcare) – Home Health Pediatrics

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Texas In‑Home team to drive growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with regional referral partners, including physicians, community care providers, hospitals, and managed care organizations.
Conduct consistent and meaningful sales calls targeting new and current customers within assigned markets.
Serve as a role model of the organization’s core values, work with the director to formulate an operational plan for assigned markets, and support programs aligned with the company’s mission and integration with strategic plans.
Collaborate with other leaders within and across the organization to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals.
Perform all duties in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and the organization’s policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Healthcare sector experience is preferred.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to travel within the designated territory.
