About the Team Capital One Compliance and Ethics (C&E) is looking for a Manager, Product Manager that will help reimagine the way compliance is implemented across the enterprise. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, data, technology and design – ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, partnering with key stakeholders, and continuously learning individually and as a team. This role will own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management, focusing on gathering business requirements, user insights, translation to engineering teams, and prioritizing within a product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following (with expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date):

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Compensation McLean, VA: $158,400 – $180,800

New York, NY: $172,800 – $197,200

Richmond, VA: $144,000 – $164,400
