Position Overview Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Team Lead in Alburtis, Pennsylvania.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour

Shift Premium: $2.65 per hour (Thursday - Saturday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm)

Requirements

High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Minimum one (1) year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)

Minimum one (1) year previous Team Lead experience (preferred)

Minimum one (1) year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience (preferred)

Minimum one (1) year previous warehouse experience (preferred)

Knowledge of RF scanner (advanced required)

Valid forklift operator’s license

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective leadership skills

Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Minimal supervision independent work

Excellent organizational skills

Proactive approach to responsibilities

Composure under pressure

Adherence to health and safety methods

Bilingual (for Québec locations only)

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal operational efficiency.

Perform core warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.

Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.

Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.

Assist in employee orientation and provide necessary information, technology, and tools.

Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.

Manage day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.

Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.
