SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
JOB SUMMARY The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains the facility to ensure satisfactory conditions for all required production and manufacturing operations. The role requires a breadth of skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Timely completion of work lists
Routine inspection of HVAC, doors, interior/exterior lighting, roof, and general premises
Caretaking of building systems such as lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, and security fencing
Repair mechanical equipment as directed
Ensure automated equipment remains operational through routine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify and resolve maintenance needs
Perform electrical tasks (bulb/ballast replacement, etc.), plumbing, painting, and carpentry as required
Apply snow, salt, or other groundwork as needed
Assist in roof maintenance and repair work as required
Perform painting touch‑ups and drywall patching as needed
Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
Use protective hearing, eyewear, and shoes when necessary
Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
1–3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
Hands‑on experience in installing piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations, and control circuits preferred
Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
Ability to work well under pressure
Relevant technical knowledge
HVAC certification preferred
Work around plant material, potentially exposing to pollen and/or dust
Capacity to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
