We’re hiring a Master Scheduler with deep
Primavera P6
experience, strong
Critical Path Method (CPM)
skills, and a background in
utilities, construction, or power delivery . You’ve used P6 across multiple environments and can adapt it to unusual scheduling approaches.
What you’ll do
Lead scheduling for transmission/substation projects; drive allocation & sequencing of design, engineering, procurement, outages, and construction.
Update progress, manage conflicts, surface schedule risk, and build contingency plans.
Run cross‑functional reviews to keep milestones on track; generate clear stakeholder reports.
Partner closely with Sr. PMs on resource planning and fast‑paced project needs.
Mentor junior schedule analysts; help standardize templates and improve project controls.
What we need (must‑haves)
3+ years of hands‑on P6 scheduling ; comfortable tailoring P6 to different contexts.
Expertise with CPM
(building logic, float analysis, look‑aheads, recovery plans).
Direct experience in
utilities / power delivery / construction
environments.
Strong communication; confident leading customer‑facing scheduling discussions.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
Experience with large project teams, gated processes, and project controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database/reporting skills are a plus.
Values‑driven teammate who supports DEI and models ethical conduct.
