We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Project Manager
to lead a portfolio of projects in the Master Air Division of Newjac Industrial. The Master Air Division crafts high-quality commercial kitchen hood units for institutional, specialty, commercial, and industrial markets. As a client-focused company, our project managers are expected to deliver results while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review plans, specifications, RFQs, and contracts to prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals.
3. Coordinate with partners and BIM team to support design development and drawings.
4. Develop and manage production and field schedules.
5. Track and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
6. Procure materials, equipment, subcontracted services; maintain required documentation.
7. Manage labor productivity and field labor control.
8. Prepare and submit change orders and scope revisions.
9. Review and approve project expenditures; manage billings and retainage.
10. Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with job site safety requirements.
11. Maintain project records, metrics, and reporting.
12. Ensure contract compliance, closeout documentation, and warranty completion.
13. Communicate with clients to support successful project delivery and repeat business.
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with team, customers, and trade partners.
Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with team members, customers and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is recommended, as well as the ability to utilize and learn various software programs. A combination of education and relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, sheet metal production, etc. is required. 3+ years in a project management role of similar complexity is preferred. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent presentation and leadership skills.
Location & Travel: Work is largely performed at our Lebanon, IN office. Some work may be performed at job sites and/or remote locations. Travel to in‑state and out‑of‑state job sites and occasional overnights may be necessary.
