Key Responsibilities
Devise and execute strategies to support the business development team, aiming to improve brand awareness and influence.
Manage and strategize international marketing efforts, including brand promotions, marketing events, and various activities to elevate the brand.
Source, develop, and nurture brand partnerships; negotiate and drive end‑to‑end international collaborations, including co‑branding initiatives, social media collaborations, and offline events.
Research industry trends and consumer insights, and share findings with the internal team.
Liaise with internal teams regarding needs and plans for brand marketing; collaborate on brand stories and social media content.
Oversee budgets related to marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content/entertainment branding or marketing (background in novels, comics, animations, films, or media companies preferred).
Strong understanding of global content markets, with experience managing brand projects, organizing exhibitions or offline events, and established connections in brand partnerships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
