Exciting role for a New York licensed Attorney to work at a BigLaw Firm with an 1800 billable hour requirement (including pro‑bono hours). The firm offers a market‑consistent base salary and bonus compensation in a boutique‑size New York office. This position is within the Private Equity/M&A practice, providing direct client access. Associates advise strategic buyers and sellers or PE firms on M&A matters and must bring 3–5 years of M&A and/or private equity experience at a BigLaw firm.

Responsibilities
Advise strategic buyers and sellers on M&A transactions.
Assist private equity firms with due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.
Deliver client‑direct counsel on all aspects of transaction matters.
Maintain a strong pipeline of deal matters within the Private Equity/M&A practice.
Qualifications
JD from a Top 30 law school.
3–5 years of current BigLaw experience in M&A and/or Private Equity.
Licensed to practice law in New York.
