About Us: CEV Industrial Manpower Solutions provides workforce and staffing support across industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, and operational environments throughout Deer Park, TX, and the surrounding areas.
The Role: We are selectively adding
Business Development professionals
who already have
established relationships
within
manufacturing, warehousing, industrial services, or related operations . This role is
not entry-level
and is intended for individuals who can leverage existing connections to open and grow client accounts.
What We’re Looking For: This role is best suited for professionals with relationships in environments such as:
Manufacturing facilities
Warehouses and distribution centers
Fabrication shops
Industrial contractors and service providers
Existing relationships in these environments are a key requirement.
Role Overview: This is a
business development led role
focused on identifying workforce needs, opening accounts, and growing long‑term client relationships. You will also remain involved in recruiting efforts around your accounts, with full support from our recruiting and operations team to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow client relationships in manufacturing, warehousing, and industrial environments
Identify staffing and workforce opportunities across multiple labor needs
Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to support your accounts
Maintain strong communication and follow‑through with clients and internal teams
