Core Responsibilities
Store Operations:
Lead team, set high standards for customer service, manage costs, develop team members.
Food Preparation:
Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches and sides per Domino's specifications.
Stock Management:
Stock ingredients, lift/rotate stock using FIFO, move soda to coolers, date all product.
Customer Interactions:
Take orders via phone, front counter, pickup windows, and carside delivery.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Sweep, mop, clean coolers, take out trash, wash dishes.
Training Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Willing to deliver when needed.
Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Accuracy with numbers: add, subtract, multiply, divide, make correct monetary change.
Computer skills: enter orders via keyboard or touch screen.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Work Conditions
Varying indoor and outdoor temperatures (36–90+ °F); weather conditions for outside tasks.
Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges, cramped quarters.
Physical requirements: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand/eye coordination.
Driving Duties
Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record and insurance.
Navigate within delivery area, multi‑story buildings, private homes.
Physical Demands
Carrying: pizzas, beverages while walking/climbing.
Driving: deliver multiple orders per shift.
Walking: travel between store and vehicle, to customer location.
Climbing: navigate five or more flights of stairs.
