Tier4 Group is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst for a high‑profile program implementing a brand‑new Salesforce platform across the enterprise. This is not just an upgrade—it’s a complete transformation to the latest and greatest Salesforce version, impacting operations company‑wide.
In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Project Management and serve as the go‑to BA for a major initiative that integrates technology and business processes. You’ll work closely with internal IT partners and external Salesforce vendors to ensure readiness, change management, and flawless execution.
What You’ll Do
Own requirements gathering:
Be the strong voice in the room to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
Develop BRDs, functional/non‑functional requirements, and readiness documentation for a large‑scale Salesforce implementation.
Lead impact analysis, process modeling, and change management activities to prepare the business for success.
Collaborate with internal technology teams and external Salesforce partners to align on solution design and delivery.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across multiple business units and vendors.
Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure operational readiness for go‑live.

Familiarity with change management principles.
Ideal Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).

Comfortable working independently on all but the most complex challenges.
Experience collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors.
