Pay Scale: $68,008.00 - $82,992.00 per year (estimate)

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to serve as the "CEO" of the assigned property, driving its success from every angle.
Your Impact As a Community Manager, you are the key to creating a vibrant, well‑run community that residents are proud to call home. You will lead the on‑site team, take ownership of property financial and operational performance, and directly impact our business and residents’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership: manage annual budget, oversee rent collection, expenses, and financial performance reporting.
Team Management: hire, train, and mentor on‑site team; handle scheduling and payroll.
Leasing & Marketing: drive leasing to maintain high occupancy; set rates, handle renewals, and oversee marketing.
Resident Relations: build strong resident relationships, plan community events, and enforce policies.
Property Operations: inspect property, coordinate maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Required
2–5 years as Property or Community Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Conditional on obtaining and maintaining a Nevada Private Investigator’s License (work card). *Nevada only.
Preferred
CAM or similar industry certification.
Experience with property management software such as Yardi.
