The Service Excellence Team is focused on driving clinical and operational improvements throughout Terros Health. The Clinical Improvement Specialist will work to standardize, clarify, and create efficiencies in integrated systems and processes across all Terros Health programs. Performing this work will include driving quality improvement processes and learning initiatives that achieve the Quadruple Aim. This position reports to the Manager of Learning and Development.

Responsibilities
Provide new‑hire and ongoing training to staff across the organization.
Conduct training sessions at the central office, clinic locations, and through virtual/online platforms.
Create, update, and maintain training curricula, materials, and learning tools.
Work with leadership to deliver one‑on‑one training and coaching as needed to support staff development and performance.
Work collaboratively with clinical leaders to promote a strong culture of continuous quality improvement.
Lead and reinforce quality improvement efforts using the Plan‑Do‑Study‑Act (PDSA) model across all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain clear procedural documentation, job aids, and checklists to help staff complete tasks accurately and consistently.
Apply new payment changes to improve patient experience and meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
Communicate quality measures and design processes that support improved health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Provide education and training on Quality Improvement theories, tools, and strategies to help staff implement program improvements effectively.
Partner with program directors to support cross‑functional improvements that enhance patient care.
Offer ongoing technical support to clinical staff related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Promote systems and workflows that ensure safe, cost‑effective, and high‑quality care delivery.
Support workforce engagement initiatives to improve the overall experience of providing care.
Maintain required knowledge, skills, certifications, and supervision training relevant to the role.
Collaborate with clinical leaders to support efficient and accurate billing practices.
