Title: Senior Manager-Project Engineering (Marine)
Location: Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG
Description:
Overall in charge of engineering project management for the assigned projects
Manage and deliver the engineering deliverables within budget and schedule.
Engineering configuration management
To perform engineering detail design and to develop solutions to resolve engineering related issues for shipbuilding project that ensure solution are in accordance with contractual specifications and marine classification requirement.
Lead and manage an integrated project engineering team of basic and detail design engineers consisting of ship’s Hull structural, outfitting, electrical and marine engineers
Lead and manage design review meetings, integration efforts and produce engineering and production drawing that is compliance with contract specifications and in accordance to the requirement stated in marine classification rules.
Knowledge & Skills:
CAD/CAM tools, model-based design
Project management
Speed and focus, time management and able to meet tight deadlines
Possess excellent inter-personal skills dealing with internal and external customers
Good command of both written and spoken English
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in an Engineering related field with at least 8 years’ experience in ship design and engineering projects
Experience in ship detail design such as Structural, Marine, Electrical, HVAC, and Piping
Deep Knowledge and experience of Marine Vessel Detail and Production designs
Familiar with design software, CAD/CAM, AI tools
Familiarity with standards applicable to engineering disciplines and familiar with Marine Classification rules, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Project Management Skills
Independent and self-motivated
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Possess supervisory experience to lead and manage a team of engineers from various trades being assigned to projects

Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
