The Web Manager will maintain and update the CENTCOM website (www.centcom.mil) to ensure the site’s functionality, usability, and security standards are met while collaborating with Social Media Manager, Multimedia Content Creator, and other key personnel. Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring content is up‑to‑date and well‑organized Post content, create new pages, and develop CMS templates to reflect strategic priorities Troubleshoot and enhance performance, functionality, and reliability for a seamless user experience Develop mockups that align with branding and functional needs Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, mobile platforms Implement UI elements (navigation menus, buttons, forms, interactive features) to improve usability Organize content to provide clear, intuitive navigation Integrate CENTCOM branding across all website elements Conduct thorough browser testing for consistency across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge Maintain compliance with DoD and CENTCOM security protocols, collaborating with CENTCOM J6 Directorate as needed Monitor security compliance for both English and foreign‑language platforms Work Location
