Full Time Team Leader Location: Concord, North Carolina

Job Description The LEGO® Brand Retail team is looking for a full‑time Team Leader to serve as a role model and provide a delightful brand experience for our customers. The Team Leader will train and develop the team to exceed our standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

Responsibilities

Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.

Assist in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized.

Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing sales.

Ensure all fixtures are replenished.

Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and identify opportunities to grow our business.

Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.

Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand vision and values.

Qualifications

Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.

Experience in delivering employee training.

Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills.

Proficiency with point of sale automated systems.

Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift at least 30 lbs, and move for at least two consecutive hours, including occasional stooping, kneeling and climbing ladders.

Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Compensation The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.11 to $21.51, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and internal equity. Benefits will be communicated upon final offer.
