Job Summary Associate Help Desk Support Technicians provide front‑line technical support for Sanford Health patients and employees. The help desk serves customers when they need assistance to keep healthcare operations running smoothly. The technician is the first point of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance, performs password resets and login assistance for employees, and uses knowledge resources for troubleshooting. Unresolved issues are escalated to next‑level support. Technicians identify and suggest improvements to patient and employee experience and deliver exceptional customer service. Ongoing training, development, and certification prepare them for next‑level support and promotional advancement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Associate’s degree in technology‑related field strongly preferred.
