A Project Manager (PM) at SDC is responsible for guiding each assigned project, including large (>$5M) multi-cell systems, through internal departments from kick‑off to close out. PM’s aid in the forward progression and success of each project, acting as the liaison between the client and the SDC team, and ensuring each project is delivered on budget and on time. For this position we’re looking for an individual with a history of successfully managing technically challenging projects, including helping solve technical problems as they arise. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership, organizational, prioritization and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, on budget, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency.

Help solve technical problems by quickly evaluating technical risk, creating, and managing a plan to mitigate risk.

Manage changing responsibilities, project prioritization, and workload adjustments by effectively managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

Keep the project plan accurate and updated.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors by addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project in a timely and professional manner.
