Responsibilities
Lead interdepartmental teams to complete assigned projects on time, on budget, to specifications.
Resolve technical risks quickly and develop plans to mitigate them.
Manage project scope, schedule and cost changes to keep the plan accurate and updated.
Measure project performance with appropriate tools, identify variances, perform corrective actions and communicate findings to all stakeholders.
Act as the liaison between company, customers and vendors, addressing questions, concerns and/or complaints throughout the project in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
History of driving projects through best practices, processes and change management.
Experience solving technical problems on custom automation equipment.
Excellent organizational and skills.
Strong negotiation skills, conflict management and proactive decision making.
Ability to develop relationships, build credibility and establish trust.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Proficient with Smartsheet.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or related field.
PMP Certification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with custom automation projects.
