Overview The Client Service & Operations Manager is a client-facing, detail-driven, and mission-critical role at Firm Foundation Family Wealth. We are adding this new role as we continue to grow. It sits at the center of the firm owning client service execution, advisor support, and operational excellence.

This is not a back-office administrative role. You will collaborate across advisors, clients, our custodian, and outside professionals by anticipating needs, closing loops, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Firm Foundation Family Wealth is a boutique firm serving successful families who are entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes through financial planning. We help them grow wealth and minimize taxes so they can create a higher impact within their family and philanthropic endeavors. Because of the depth of our work, each advisor serves significantly fewer households than industry norms, allowing for a truly proactive and high-touch client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial RIA environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in running a professional, client-first operation.
