Job Information The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities in the Shipping/Receiving area. Also responsible for incoming and outgoing products and goods.
Key Responsibilities
Routing material to the proper people and departments
Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and additional software to track and communicate internally, to suppliers, and to vendors
Create and run reports, as required
This position requires self-driven individuals with strong customer service skills. This person must be reliable, attentive to detail and a good team player
Qualifications:
Material resource planning and/or production control experience with Systems Applications Processes (SAP)
Experience in processes of warehouse operations and distribution programs
HS Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices or instruction
Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor

Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
Occasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
Continually required to talk or hear
Continually utilize visual acuity to read technical information and/or use a keyboard

Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions
Occasionally loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electric motors, moving mechanical equipment)
Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
