Job salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 nationally. For California: $70,304 - $82,000. For Washington: $80,169 - $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, lead frontline associates, implement processes to optimize operations, and foster a safe, productive environment. You will also drive overall success and contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s reputation as a global leader in contract logistics.
With over 500 facilities and more than 50,000 associates, DHL Supply Chain North America operates in over 150 million square feet of warehouse space.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering an inclusive culture.
Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering heightened safety awareness.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
