The national salary range is $62,500 - $70,000. For California $70,304 - $82,000 and for Washington $80,169 - $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, implement process optimizations, lead frontline associates, foster a safe working environment, and drive success for DHL.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating a heightened safety culture.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports to management.
Promote open communication and collaboration, enabling effective dialogue among leadership and associates.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
