Location: Phillipsburg, NJ Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year Job type: Full-time Company Description

Job Summary

Assist the Maintenance Supervisors with the coordination of cleanup and maintenance activities. Pay rate between $75,000 to $85,000. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with casting leadership on cleaning specific areas of machines. Ensure all machines are clean and ready for production startup (e.g., puller beds, machine beds, ladle areas, machine walkways). Ensure ladles are on machines in a timely manner. Communicate with hot, cement, paint lines leadership on ongoing issues. Follow cleanup check sheets and hand to finishing department nightly. Communicate all work orders in a timely manner found in finishing departments. Coordinate with maintenance manager and supervisor when issues arise on machines. Assist in signing LOTO forms. Complete monthly safety requirements. Report daily on work deficiencies, staff, equipment issues, challenges, etc. Ensure PMs are completed with accuracy and integrity. Handle issues and resolve conflicts. Train new or existing employees on job procedures. Complete daily maintenance reports. Enforce safety, union, and company policy and procedures. Complete safety paperwork assigned from all departments that cannot be completed during production hours. Facilitate daily staff Toolbox meetings. Manage completion of JSA, Pure Safety, and Safety talks as required. Competencies

High school diploma or GED. Moderate mechanical aptitude. Preferred: prior supervisory experience. Bilingual a plus. Drug and Alcohol Policy
