Residential Roofing Project Manager – Bilingual Spanish/English

We are a growing residential and commercial roofing company seeking a
Field Project Manager
to lead on‑site roofing projects from start to finish. This is a
hands‑on, field‑based role
focused on production, quality control, crew coordination, and professional homeowner communication.
This position requires
strong English communication skills
for customer interaction and
Spanish fluency
to effectively manage and direct roofing crews. Roofing experience is strongly preferred, and training is provided on our systems and standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage roofing projects on‑site from pre‑install through completion.
Coordinate and lead crews to ensure efficient production and quality workmanship.
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding timelines, scope, and expectations.
Enforce job site safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
Perform quality control inspections during and after installation.
Document job progress using mobile tools (photos, notes, reports).
Troubleshoot field issues and communicate updates with the operations team.
Close out jobs with final walkthroughs and documentation.
What We’re Looking For Required
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Field‑based construction or project management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable working on active job sites.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Comfortable using mobile apps (CompanyCam, WhatsApp, Google Docs, etc.).
Preferred
Roofing, siding, gutters, or exterior construction experience.
Experience managing subcontractor crews.
Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 – $83,000 (based on experience)
Performance‑based bonuses.
