Job Description
Manages the day‑to‑day procurement operations to ensure optimal processing and efficient placement of purchase orders, reviews confirmations, returns, and resolves invoice discrepancies.
Monitors and completes open purchase order reports to resolution and ensures vendor confirmations are handled appropriately.
Ensures purchase requests conform to organizational policies, procedures, standards, and approval authority levels.
Approves expenses per department standards and guidelines.
Identifies and analyzes issues impacting the procurement process and coaches the team to effectively manage those issues.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
