Job Description
Maintains compliance with state and federal laws by ensuring appropriate forms, information notices, and materials.
Coordinates and schedules monitoring and auditing activities for hospitals and physician group entities.
Presents Compliance Program educational sessions to leadership and staff.
Performs compliance and privacy investigations, including user access monitor reviews, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Compliance Hotline investigations.
Prepares and administers Compliance Steering Committee meetings, including chairing meetings in the absence of the RCO.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's (Required)
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) - Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $72,786.83 - $135,385.27
