Job Description Domino’s Pizza is looking for assistant managers who are natural leaders. You are the person who keeps the team moving, sets standards and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage costs and lead the staff to success.

Responsibilities

Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during each shift.

Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.

Handle staffing, paperwork, cost and cash control, food management, schedule adherence, perfect image standards, marketing and profitability.

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.

Prepare.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communicate: give accurate written instructions and interact verbally with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Ability to navigate a delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.

Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.

Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills; motor coordination to input orders via computer or touchscreen.

Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when eliminating trash and performing other outdoor tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas, with quick temperature changes. Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts. Requires hearing for telephone use, near & mid‑range vision for most tasks, and depth perception to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Physical demands include walking, climbing, carrying, pushing, stooping, crouching, and operating hands‑eye tasks with tools and equipment.
