Job Description You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Perform orientation and training on the job.
Communicate effectively: comprehend, give correct written instructions, and converse verbally with customers and co‑workers.
Make correct monetary change and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Coordinate motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements quickly.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Strong organizational skills for completing paperwork and maintaining inventory records.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and stoop/bend as required.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Driving and navigational skills, including adverse terrain and stair navigation.
Ability to perform under physical and mental demands: speed, quality control, data analysis, judgment, and decision‑making.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes (36°F–90°F+), fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb), carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, and hand‑task coordination.
