Overview The Regional Operations Manager manages and ensures development of Branch management and manages multiple branch locations within a limited geographic area.
Responsibilities
Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.
Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.
Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.
Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.
Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability.
Frequent travel is required for this position.
Qualifications
Exceptional management and leadership skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Microsoft Office.
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Extremely motivated with creative ideas.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, multiple branch locations and managers.
Adaptable to a changing environment and capable of embracing the continuous improvement process.
Requirements
At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.
Must be available for frequent travel.
Comfortable with using Microsoft Office application.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Pay Range USD $101,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year.
