ESG Finance Program Management - Associate Join the team delivering strategic data and technology transformation to the ESG Controller reporting process.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with project stakeholders to set and manage project scope, implementation plan, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

Act as point person for end‑to‑end strategic initiatives governed and executed per SDLC.

Maintain robust communication and governance plan, including status reporting on major milestones or risks.

Create reliable operating model documentation to support BAU production processes in ESG Controllers and FFC.

Prepare and communicate status in project forums, working groups, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.

Own meeting minutes and actions log, coordinating resolution of actions.

Maintain project artifacts including Confluence, OneNote and Teams SharePoint.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management or delivery experience, preferably in Finance/Banking and/or Data space.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience preparing high‑quality presentational materials and documentation.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship‑building at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of Finance/Accounting processes within Banking.

Experience with Agile project methodology.

Collaboration across departments and strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com.
