is recruiting for Set‑Up Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Lifestyles Department and Concierge Desks to support the hospitality services of
Amavida
Living.
Daily Responsibilities
Perform event set‑up of tables, chairs, microphones and speakers as needed for the Lifestyle and Food & Beverage departments.
Maintain inventory of event set‑up materials including tables, chairs, table coverings, and any other essential item of day‑to‑day set‑up operations.
Provide coverage of concierge desks when needed for breaks and call‑offs to include answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting residents with questions.
On a daily basis deliver packages throughout the community to resident apartments.
Assist with removal and replacement of exterior resort furniture as required due to weather and seasonal changes.
Occasionally assist with valet parking, to include obtaining keys from the resident and parking the car in a designated parking spot and when the car owner returns, retrieve the car and help them inside.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree preferred
Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred
Pay Range : From $17.00/hour
