is recruiting for a hospitality focused Bartender to join our culinary team! This role provides full‑scope, hands‑on serving functions within the community.
Responsibilities
Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answers pertinent questions about menu and drink items.
Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service.
Cleans all glassware and dishes, including ashtrays, and distributes.
Stocks, restocks and rotates supplies.
Prepares garnishes for bar use. Prepares snack trays.
Maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges.
Assists supervisor with inventory of supplies.
Qualifications
Experience in food service work.
Experience in working with seniors preferred.
Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred.
Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Schedule & Hours Must have open availability. Evenings and Weekends are required!
Rate of Pay Starting at $18/hr. based on experience
