Must reside in the State of Florida in one of the following Counties :

Osceola, Escambia, Columbia, Hendry, Polk, Madison, Citrus, Jackson, Putnam, Washington, Marion, Volusia, or Gadsden County.

What skills will you need

GED or high school diploma required; some college preferred

Prior work-at-home experience desired

Comfortable working self-managed

Minimum one-year previous call center / customer service

Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required

Computer knowledge of Windows-based applications required

Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing in English & Spanish

Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals

What will you be doing

Answer incoming calls and assist customers

Research information in databases to resolve customer issues

Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to photo enforcement

Support payment processing

Accurate, detailed notes in all systems

Maintain composure in escalated situations

Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Handle multiple responsibilities at one time

Work from Home Requirements

High Speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet

Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps

The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss Latency under 100ms.

All hires must have available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
