Credence has an immediate opening for an FMS Manpower Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F‑16 division at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH.

The F‑16 “Viper” AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright‑Patterson, Tyndall, Eglin, and Davis‑Monthan Air Force Bases. The F‑16 is a multi‑role fighter jet delivering air‑to‑air, air‑to‑ground, and surveillance capabilities for the U.S. Air Force and coalition partners.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and organizing of program/project activities and performing professional or technical work related to program management.
Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures; evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws, and recommend improvements.
Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F‑16 production aircraft.
Analyze FMS manpower needs for F‑16 aircraft according to the LOR and LOA.
Monitor expiring positions and coordinate with project managers and SAPMs to allocate and extend positions with country concurrence.
Track and monitor the funding status of all FMS manpower positions.
Collaborate with various Air Force centers for concurrence with multiple positions across the United States.
Manage LOA line and FMS budget development, financial tracking, deliverables execution, and interface with senior U.S. Government FMS representatives as required.
Prepare P&A data, LOA data, and budgetary ROM estimates for new FMS programs and follow‑on support cases.
Develop, maintain, and present manpower data, including benchmarks for future LOAs, tracking current programs, and suggesting necessary changes to maintain level of service.
Input, retrieve, and interpret data to/from various Government databases; serve as program office POC and expert/advisor on manpower‑related issues, policies, and directives, including current regulations and guidelines.
Compile and analyze historical data and advise on future projections related to creation of new LOAs.
Document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties.
Organize foreign travel and accomplish OCONUS and CONUS travel in support of F‑16 program meetings, reviews, audits, and other activities at U.S. and foreign government and contractor facilities.
Requirements
Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, OR five years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
Minimum of three years of FMS project management experience.
