$55K - $65K + Quarterly Incentive
Schedule:
M-F (6AM-3PM), Occasionally Sat+Sun

What You’ll Do As an Inventory & Receiving Supervisor, you will:
Supervise Staff: Prioritize and assign work, conduct performance evaluations, ensure staff is trained, and maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
Oversee Inventory & Receiving Operations: Manage incoming shipments, verify accuracy of deliveries, maintain proper storage, and monitor inventory levels.
Implement Cleaning & Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; manage sanitation and cleaning procedures in receiving and storage areas.
Conduct Inspections: Regularly assess cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards; identify areas for improvement.
Train Staff: Provide training on proper inventory procedures, cleaning techniques, waste management, and sustainability practices.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow and alignment with safety initiatives.
Prepare Reports: Document results, maintain accurate records of inventory, receiving logs, waste management, and staff performance; collaborate with management to improve processes.
Maintain Supplies & Equipment: Monitor inventory of tools, cleaning materials, and equipment; request replenishments as needed.
Supervise Teams: Oversee custodial services, waste/recycling, pallet repair, porters, and sanitation staff.
Ensure Safety & Quality: Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets accuracy, safety, and quality standards.
What You Need To Succeed
✔ 2 years of supervisory experience in inventory control, receiving, logistics, or related areas (preferably in manufacturing/food production).
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Math and Computer skills.
✔ Problem Solving skills.
✔ Ability to train and motivate diverse teams.
✔ Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, waste management, and workplace safety procedures.
✔ Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in cold, wet, and noisy environments (36–38°F).
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
✔ Forklift Experience.
