Job Purpose Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a customer‑centric, data‑driven Product Manager for executing the vision for innovative robotic technologies that enhance automation and operational efficiency across enterprise environments. This role serves as the strategic link between market opportunities, partner‑driven solutions, and internal development teams. The Product Manager will lead efforts to evaluate emerging technologies, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless integration of robotic systems with the IntraOne Platform. By balancing technical feasibility with business objectives, this position drives the creation of scalable, customer‑focused solutions that deliver measurable value. The role requires a forward‑thinking mindset to anticipate industry trends, foster innovation through the Innovation Lab, and champion robotics as a key differentiator in the company’s product portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define robotic product roadmap aligned with strategic partner solutions.

Lead solution evaluation and validation, including technical feasibility and customer demos.

Collaborate with Innovation Lab team for new technology evaluation and proof‑of‑concept development.

Manage partner relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives and partner product roadmap.

Work closely with UX and IntraOne PM for full solution evaluation and user experience optimization.

Track market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in product management, ideally in robotics or automation solutions.

Strong technical acumen in robotics systems and integration workflows.

Strong understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry, warehouse automation processes and warehouse software systems like WMS, WES, WCS.

Experience managing external partnerships and joint development initiatives.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Experience with collecting voice‑of‑customer and product discovery process.

Experience with product development methodologies and data‑driven decision‑making.

Familiarity with innovation processes and emerging technologies in robotics.

Preferred Skills

Experience with software product practices, architecture patterns.

A basic understanding of AI/ML integration with software applications.

Experience with road‑mapping and product development tools like Aha!, Jira or ProductBoard.

Working Conditions

Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to customer sites or Hy‑Tek facilities.

Collaboration across office, warehouse, and manufacturing settings.

Occasional evening or weekend work during critical deployments.
